I work helping people find the RIGHT business for their needs.  I own Crieger Goodwin Real Estate Sales and have 13 years of real estate sales experience, plus a background in real estate investment, organic gardening and native landscaping.  My experience in real estate, helping people find the right home, has given me the skills necessary to help people find the right business.  My passion for the environment and experience working with "green" building techniques enhance my desire to help others create a sustainable lifestyle - economically, mentally, and physically.  Sustainable business development is key to our future, and helping a others improve their own personal economy in a healthy way brings me great satisfaction.  I love being self-employed, and sharing skills and knowledge with other like-minded people! 

My business depends upon fostering long-term relationships. As a Franchise Advisor, I work with prospective entrepreneurs, investors, and people desiring to be self-employed to find franchises that suit their professional and lifestyle goals.  There is no cost to my client for this service.  Similar to a real estate agent, I'm paid by the Seller, the franchise itself.  This does not change the price of the franchise, and a Buyer cannot purchase a franchise for less by not using an Advisor.  The personalized service I provide is a great benefit to a purchaser.  On the other hand, if you go direct to the franchise company, they have one goal - to sell you their franchise.  My goal is not just to find the RIGHT franchise for your needs, but to keep you from buying the WRONG one. 

My philosophy in business and personal life is based upon the Golden Rule.  This is simple, yet so encompassing!  When I work with a client, I'm in it for the long-haul, not the short-term deal.  My clients' success is important to me and I work to create business relationships that last!  By working cooperatively we can aid each other’s success through referrals, networking, and the exchange of goods, services and knowledge.  In business, as well as in life, I engender to create a community based on teamwork, goodwill, ethics, and mutual support.
