Jim Raubolt is a senior level executive with extensive leadership expertise developed from Fortune 500 companies, business start-ups, entrepreneurial ventures and franchising initiatives.   

Jim's fascination with start-ups and franchising began when he purchased master rights to a large franchise business covering a significant segment of the Southeastern United States. Since then, Jim has led major initiatives in several start-up and entrepreneurial ventures.  Jim holds an MBA from the University of Illinois and participates in groups on entrepreneurial leadership.  He is major supporter and advisor of the University of Georgia Terry College of Business Entrepreneurship Program Start-Ups series. 

Just as executives have career coaches, Jim advises executives on entrepreneurship and helps them determine if they are cut out to become a business (franchise) owner and if so, which type. Jim's advisory fee is paid by franchisors which is similar in structure to how executive recruiters are compensated.
