Through a broad range of educational and career experiences, I have developed an understanding and appreciation for the many skills it takes to run a successful business.  Having been involved in several start up business, some more successful than others, I can speak from experience that it is absolutely critical to make an accurate assessment of your strengths and weaknesses and then find the resources to capitalize on the strengths and supplement the weaknesses.  

That is exactly how I see my role as Franchise Consultant --- Help You, a prospective franchisee, accurately assess Your strengths and weaknesses and then help You find the best franchise to reach Your goals. 

There are two Important FACTS to consider when using my services to assist you in your search for a Franchise: 

1.    First, there is no charge to you for my consulting services and you will pay the same price for a franchise whether you purchased it directly from the Franchisor or thru me as your consultant. 

2.    Second, I’m not trying to sell any particular franchise.  I represent many of the more than 2000 franchises that are available and can help guide you to the ones that fit You. 

I have 30 years experience in the Commercial and Residential Real Estate Development Industry.  That experience has given me hands on experience in feasibility analysis, planning, budgeting, consulting, governmental approvals, marketing, leasing and sales 

My educational background includes a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Utah and I have taught Marketing as a full time instructor at the University of Utah College of Business..
