 Ray Hanley began his career in franchise advising after more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.  His extensive experience in financial planning, business plan development and business startup management has proven invaluable to those starting new firms.  Ray has also owned and operated a franchised business in the St. Louis area and is intimately familiar with the processes that must be navigated before a successful franchise can be opened.  Ray has a B.S. from Purdue University and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University.  He has been married to his wife Marsha for over 30 years, and they have two children.

 Christopher Hanley has years of sales and marketing experience.  As a former sales director for a major printer manufacturer, he is familiar with what retail operations require before they can be considered successful businesses.  As a sales manager for an urgent care company, he was recognized for his development and implementation of innovative marketing and direct sales programs.  Christopher earned his B.A. from The George Washington University and is a graduate of Arizona State University’s College of Law.  He is a licensed attorney and is a co-founder of Gateway Consulting, LLC.
